Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

This policy explains how Pictionary Word Generator handles information when you use pictionary-word-generator.net and when the site owner uses its local SEO tools.

Who operates the service

The site owner operates Pictionary Word Generator and its local SEO integration. Questions about this policy or a privacy request can be sent to [email protected].

Information collected on the website

The website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These services may process cookies and similar identifiers, usage and device information, page and navigation events, and session interaction data to help understand how the site is used and to improve it. Their processing is governed by their own policies: the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.

The site is hosted as a static website by Cloudflare. Cloudflare and other service providers involved in delivering the site may process request, device, and security information as needed to serve, protect, and operate the website.

Google Search Console integration

Website visitors do not need to authorize Google Search Console. The owner-only local Codex/gsccli integration is authorized separately by the site owner to analyze the Search Console property. It can read search performance reports containing clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, queries, pages, countries, and devices, along with the accessible property list and the URL inspection and sitemap information used by the workflow.

The gsccli authorization requests the Google Search Console scopes webmasters.readonly, webmasters, and indexing. The current workflow reads Search Console data and performs a write only when the owner explicitly requests that action.

Google OAuth credentials are stored locally outside the website and repository with restricted file permissions. Search reports may be kept in the local project for ongoing SEO work, and selected reports may be passed to the configured AI assistant for analysis. The assistant's handling and retention depend on the relevant account and service settings. Automated inference may process selected reports.

Google data is used for the requested SEO analysis and site improvement. It is not sold, used for ad targeting, or used by the operator to train generalized AI models. This use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and choices

Google Search Console reports are retained only while they are needed for ongoing SEO work. The owner can delete local reports and assistant histories through the respective local files and services. OAuth tokens remain stored until they are deleted locally or access is revoked.

The owner can revoke Google access from Google Account third-party connections. Deleting local tokens alone removes the local credential but does not revoke the authorization recorded by Google.
